Son of a cattle .rancher and a native of Sublette County, Wyoming, Donny Marincic finds inspiration for his art in everyday people and events representing the western lifestyle. He has trained at the Scottsdale Artist School under Clare Fry, and attended workshops instructed by Greg McHuron and Donald Puttman. He was also present at the Cowboy Artists of America workshop in West Yellowstone, Montana.
He has been a participant at the C .M. Russell Art Show in Great Falls, Montana, and has sold his work to a number of western art collectors, among them entertainer Connie Stevens. Donny Marincic’s oil paintings reflect the subtleties, humor, and daily lives of his western subjects. He is a true contemporary artist offering a unique style to our artistic heritage.
